home inspecting (verb): 
(1) the process of examining the home for a prospective buyer
(2) the process of reviewing the condition of the home for the seller prior to the home being placed on the market (Pre-Listing Inspection). see also: home inspector

home inspector (noun):
A third party, independent of the transaction who work for YOU, licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission to inspect homes.

inspection items:
(1) structural, electrical, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, appliances, safety related hazards.
(2) optional: sprinklers, swimming pools, hot tubs.

inspection report (noun):
The only document that details the product being bought or sold; “Rod Inspects” provides a detailed report of the homes’ condition for his client. This report is available by the next morning after the inspection is completed. Digital Photos are provided in the report and the report is conveniently delivered by email
