We first met Rod when he was the inspector for the prospective buyers
on OUR home. And as any seller will confess, you're always skeptical &
suspicious of an inspector when he is standing between you and the
eventual sale of your home. But even with my eager,

We had a choice to use either the builder’s inspector, or hire a 3rd
party inspector for our new home. We decided to hire George Gitcho and are
glad we did. George was thorough, helpful and very informative. His associate
